Supervised Studio …. these sessions are great for clients who either attend our osteoporosis classes or have their own program developed by us.  

Wednesdays 6.30pm| Saturdays 10.45am

This class is great if…

OPTION 1 – You have an individual program created by us (via Physitrack) and would like extra accountability, support and the peace of mind that you are completing your exercises correctly.

Come in and use the studio space, equipment & complete your exercises in your own time with our watchful eyes on you to help as needed.

For program updates, or to have your very own program written by us you will need to book a 1:1 session.

OPTION 2 – You already attend our classes and would like a little extra flexibility with class times/days. We will have a class pre-planned on our whiteboards ready for you to complete.

The pre-determined class will be osteoporosis/injury safe, include options for progression/regression and allow you to complete exercises at your own pace with our watchful eyes on you. A great option if you want to get in, get it done and get out.

What are the main goals of this class?

  • These sessions are great for added accountability, support and to ensure you feel 100% sure you are completing your exercises correctly
  • To give options to our clients who attend classes or who have their own individualised program written by us
  • These sessions are great cost effective option for those working 1:1 with us to reach a specific goal

The ‘nitty-gritty’….

  • These sessions are 45-minutes and fully supervised by our Exercise Physiologists
  • You are required to have completed a pre-class screening OR have your own program set up by one of our exercise physiologists (current in Physitrack)
  • $23 per class OR Class Passes available
  • Eligible for Private Health rebates (speak with our Exercise Physiologists to learn how)
  • Bookings are essential we have a max of 6 per session
