STRENGTH + BALANCE 50+ …. A fun circuit style class, focusing on gentle strengthening and falls prevention exercises using body weight, small hand weights and bands.

  • You have some health concerns that can make exercising more challenging (arthritis, back pain, joint replacement, diabetes, high/low blood pressure)

  • Falls prevention is important to you – you know if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it

What are the main goals of this class?

  • Create a safe and fun environment to maintain or improve your overall strength, coordination and balance
  • Gain improved mobility and better daily stamina
  • Build confidence in everyday tasks like getting off the floor, climbing stairs, lifting and reaching
