Movement for EVERYBODY

We provide safe, effective, and fun exercise for all women, regardless of their pregnancy stage or physical condition. We aim to help manage many pregnancy-related conditions or symptoms, build strength and stamina for life as a mum, and connect you to your deep abdominals, pelvic floor, and breath.

Our classes will help you feel strong and capable throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Tailored strength training has the power to help manage fatigue, aches, stiffness, and many common physical pregnancy/postpartum symptoms.

Our expert guidance and tailored programs help you to exercise safely, confidently, and stay active throughout your pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Stay strong, mobile and active through your pregnancy

Our pre and postnatal clients are encouraged to participate in any of our “STRONG” classes. We are experts at modifying for where you are at in your pregnancy or postpartum stage, and our small class sizes make this easily achievable.

Love the sound of classes BUT work, location or general life will make it hard for you to attend? We would love to set up a home/gym-based program that is tailored to YOU and your pregnancy stage. No woman should miss out on the immense benefits of getting and keeping strong, mobile and active through her pregnancy and postpartum recovery. You will be set up with a fully interactive and easy to use program designed just for you.

Why strength train during pregnancy and postpartum?

The nitty-gritty

We need to see you for clearance prior to starting during your pregnancy and also postpartum. This is essential for keeping you safe and providing you with tips and guidance on safe exercise while pregnant or early postpartum.

If you have a very specific goal for returning to running or sport after having your bubba – please speak with our team to learn how we can help ensure you achieve that goal!

Prenatal

You can start ANYTIME during your pregnancy and continue until your baby arrives (including before 12 weeks if you feel up for it).

Postnatal

You can start at around 6 – 8 weeks postpartum, we strongly encourage a Women’s Health Physio clearance prior and that bleeding has stopped.

Our bodies love to move, they are designed to do it!

Let us show you that it’s possible regardless of your starting point.
