Strength | Bones | Balance – this is a strength and conditioning class designed for beginners to intermediate, with a focus on balance exercises too. In classes you will have the options for exercises with no equipment or with equipment depending on what you have access to at home.
S T R O N G – this is a strength and conditioning class for intermediate to advanced, we move through exercises at a fast pace and include more advance exercises to be able to use equipment like weights and resistance bands.
MASTERCLASS – join our Accredited Exercise Physiologists for an education session and Q & A, this is your chance to ask us any of your burning questions. Each week we will cover a different topic and we welcome your suggestions!
Pre & Postnatal STRONG – these classes are specifically designed to be suitable for during pregnancy or post pregnancy (ideally at least 8 weeks post-partum). We include a variety of strength and conditioning exercises with a strong emphasis on excellent technique and laying foundations for great pelvic floor and abdominal function.
PLEASE NOTE – for our regular clients who have a current in studio class pass we ask you to kindly touch base with us if you would like your remaining sessions transferred to an online pass.
Or, if you would prefer you can leave those remaining passes to use once we can return to in-studio sessions and purchase a new online specific pass/subscription.
