Our classes are strength training-based, and all clients new to our classes will require a 1:1 consultation with a practitioner prior to commencing. This ensures the safety and efficacy of your attendance at the classes we offer. It also allows your practitioner to tailor any specific exercises to suit your level and needs.

This session is all about your practitioner getting to know you, your health and injury history, and your reasons for coming. The session may also include functional assessments, and it always includes a plan and outline to suit what you hope to achieve.

We have two studio locations here in Adelaide.

Melbourne St Studio:
74 Melbourne Street, NORTH ADELAIDE

Grange Rd Studio:
162 Grange Road, FLINDERS PARK

Melbourne Street Studio:
Between 9am – 5pm there is 1 and 2 hour parking on Melbourne Street. The best place for parking is the free 3-Hour Carpark on Dunn St, then our Studio is simply across the road. You’ll find a pedestrian crossing nearby for your convenience.

Grange Road Studio:
There is street parking available on Scott Ave. Alternatively there is off street parking available next door to the studio. You can access this car park by entering at 166-168 Grange Rd (you’ll see Georgiou Finance, PodFit and PhysioFit), park in the gravel car park closest to the fence – you’ll find us just next door.

Melbourne Street Studio:

Our building is older and unfortunately doesn’t have the capacity to be equiped with a wheelchair ramp or wheelchair-accessible toilet, therefore we are not currently well set up for clients using a wheelchair.

We have a private car park that can make things easier for anyone who has difficulty walking longer distances — please call us on 08 7123 2488 and we’ll send you directions to access it.

If you require accessibility features we’re not able to offer, we’re happy to recommend other EP facilities better set up for this — just ask us.

Grange Road Studio:

Our building is older and unfortunately doesn’t have the capacity to be updated with a wheelchair ramp or wheelchair-accessible toilet, therefore we are not currently well set up for clients using a wheelchair.

We don’t have a dedicated accessible car park at this location.

If you require accessibility features we’re not able to offer, we’re happy to recommend other EP facilities better set up for this — just ask us.
