HEALTH CHECKS & PRECAUTIONS
If you are unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) we cannot see you for your appointment or class.
If you have any reason to believe that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have a high exposure risk, please contact us immediately.
It is an expectation that all clients will hand-wash or sanitise on entry to Clarity Wellness/The Studio. Sanitiser is also available in The Studio to use throughout your session and on completion.
Cleaning of equipment and high touch surfaces is performed between each client and class by our practitioners. There will be cleaning products available throughout classes for clients to utilise on equipment.
When should I arrive?
If it’s your first time to the EP. EP. Movement Studio for either a class or a 1:1 session please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can relax, complete any necessary paperwork and be ready for your session.
Digital Intake Forms: We send you a digital New Client Intake form (via email, perhaps check your spam folder!). If you can please ensure this is completed prior to your appointment. This allows us to get straight into your session!
What if I can’t make it?
To prevent last minute changes, we send you a booking reminder email 48hrs before and a reminder SMS 24hrs before your appointment. In the event that you cannot attend your confirmed appointment or class, please contact us as soon as possible (it is fine to call us any day or time – we have an excellent message service that allows us to see when you called and factor that in if you are complying with the Late Notice Policy):

Please note, as agreed at the time of booking; we have a strict late notice policy and applicable fee for any cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment, or in the case of a no-show. For more information please click here
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfy clothing you can move in. All equipment is provided.
If you’re attending a pre-class assessment for Osteoporosis please bring your most recent bone density scans (picture and report) with you.
If you are attending a Medicare Referred Exercise Physiology session please bring your referral with you (if we don’t already have a copy).
Where do I find you?
58- 60 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide
We are located within Clarity Massage & Wellness – we’re the studio within the building (our fabulous reception staff will point you in the right direction).
We are at the Medindie end of Melbourne street, more-or-less right across from the Lord Melbourne Hotel.
Where is best to park?
Between 9am – 5pm there is 1 & 2 hour parking on Melbourne Street.
The best place for parking is the free 3-Hour Carpark on Dunn St, approximately 50m down Melbourne St on the left-hand side if travelling towards the city.
You can also find street parking (usually 1-3hr limit) on Melbourne St or adjacent streets: Sussex, Stanley or Jerningham.
