Yum, yum, yum!!! This is a go-to for me. Plus you can totally use normal pasta if you wish, and it’s also fantastic with some tuna instead of chicken. Enjoy!
I usually use left over roast lamb for this recipe, however you could grill or back some delicious lamb chops to top your salad. Or…. try it with chicken! Who am I to tell you what meat to eat. Bon-Appetite!
