It has been an absolute cracking start to 2019 with our ONERO Osteoporosis classes expanding from a mere 3 classes at the end of January to now 11 classes with more on the horizon.
We have welcomed women (and one man) of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels as they take their health, wellbeing and bone health into their own hands. The results we are already seeing are truly incredible and empowering. Bring on everyone’s next Bone Scan results!
I am really excited as we enter the second half of 2019 and these classes continue to grow, with more classes popping up, weights increasing (the ones you’re lifting that is!) and new faces joining us each week. I always encourage you to tell friends, family and your doctor about the program and your experience with it. This will help to spread the word, and promote healthy strong bones for everyone who might be in a higher risk category.
I’d like to extend a friendly reminder to all our class participants regarding our booking, cancellation and no-show policies. This really is critical with our Osteporosis and Strength + Conditioning classes due to the limited spaces available in each time slot. Last minute cancellations and no-shows can mean that someone who was on a class wait list may miss out.
Please keep the following in mind so that we can all get the most out of our classes!
- Where possible please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your class booking. You can refresh your understanding of our cancellation policy HERE.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice or in the event of a no-show a class will be deducted from your class pass.
- Cold & Flu Season – I do understand this time of year is tricky, I certainly encourage you staying home to rest if you are unwell. Please do aim to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation as best as you can. If in doubt, sit your class out.
- Recurring class bookings – please let us know if you need to change your booking, you are going away or you would like to swap into another class. This is absolutely fine providing there is room to do so.
Keep an eye out for new classes and some information sessions that are currently in the pipelines to help education you on how to feel your best and look after your bone health.
See you in the Studio for your weekly dose of Strength – Bones & Balance!
